A bus driver from Edmonton Canada suffered a horrific attack last week but managed to recover, the bus driver was from St Albert and names Tom Bregg.

The fifty eight year old is said to be in a stable condition although he underwent eye surgery becasue of the severity of the attack, which included him getting punched and stamped on his face.

In the early hours of the morning Mr Bregg was doing his routine bus route when a passenger boarded his bus yelling abusive language, Bregg requested that the man leave, which provoked an attack towards the bus driver.

People saw how badly Tom Bregg got beaten, to such an extend that he required eye surgery immediately.

Thankfully, the aggressor who is in his twenties has been arrested and charge with attempted murder.

After coming out of intensive car he should be fine, sources have said. Luckily for eye surgery, his eyesight was saved.
